Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to use of the Navyata website and to enquiries and orders made through it. By placing an order, you agree to the terms communicated and confirmed for that order.

Product information and images

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and screen settings. Please contact us before ordering if you need clarification about dimensions, materials, availability or other specifications.

Prices and order confirmation

Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Shipping, taxes, customs duties and other applicable charges may be additional. An enquiry or cart submission does not by itself guarantee stock or confirm an order. We will confirm availability, final charges, payment arrangements and shipping details before dispatch.

Payments and delivery

Payment and delivery arrangements will be communicated and agreed before the order is finalised. Delivery estimates may change due to carrier, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please read that policy before ordering. For wholesale, bulk or customised orders, any special terms should be agreed in writing before the order is confirmed.

Acceptable use

Please use this website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation, submit misleading information, or misuse contact forms or contact details.

Limitation and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are subject to applicable laws of India, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to a customer in their location.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date it is posted, subject to applicable law.
